Agreed Vette, mention of the 4 year clause is big.

Yes because Lawrence didn't just come out with that for the 1st time out of the blue. He got the confirmation and ok from Elmer.

Lawrence says 3 things (without to much detail), only those who know the story perfectly will understand.

1) 4 year clause

2) Impossible to permit and construct this scale on that time frame

3) CUU holds control

The details he doesn't say are..

1) Control is transfered to CUU upon Feasibility notice

2) Feasibility triggers 120 days for back in decision and the back in decision triggers the 4 year clause.

So if Teck wants this...and they have 1st crack...they must act before backing in (to not trigger the clause) and if they don't want the control transfered to CUU...they must act before receiving the Feasibility notice.

So something should happen soon as the reviews are going on...other players are lined up waiting for Teck so...

On Sept 4th CUU said most of it has been reviewd:

''The majority of the sections of the feasibility study have been drafted and reviewed. ''

Today we learn that both reviews have already started...Merit consultants was contracted in March and Bender was made available 3 weeks ago.
