Negotiations MUST happen before the Feasibility is released and a deal "in principle" MUST be secured by TECK prior to it's release for many of the reasons provided on this forum.

They absolutely have to deal with the 60 day development JV, 4 year build requirement and the transfer of the Liard interests

...and you are right, that memo of understanding is where the focus is right now and the price should be substantial for relief from those onerous provisions
