That merger was between two operating gold mines and hence a lot more complex in terms of logistics compared to the acquisition of CUU by TCK (if that happens). In our case, TCK is simply acquiring economically viable mineral assets using cash or shares or a combination. That should take much less time than the Alacer Gold deal, I hope! JMO
