I wouldn't jump to conclusion as HOW TCK would take us out; there could be different options with different tax implications and different complexities.

TCK can take us out by acquiring all the assets or by acquiring all o/s shares of CUU (to ensure there is no loose ends and I believe this is more likely). I'm just saying regardless of how, the TCK take out of CUU should be much less complex than the Alacer deal because CUU is not a producing mine, just an exploration company. JMO
