.I highly doubt Elmer would screw Teck on the port

Its not a matter of Elmer doing anything.

The contract is.....the port is for copper fox OR its suitor.

If Teck does not buy us out 100% and leaves us for someone else to bid on...then who ever we ( copper fox ) sells to, gets out reservation of the port.
