In all fairness to Kathy, more than likely she does not have the answers you were looking for, just like the receptionist at the hospital does not have information on a patients file. You should call again and ask to talk to IR or someone else. It's probably pretty frustrating for Kathy as she gets the bulk of the calls and she is probably not even privvy to critical information. Remember this is being kept very tight. The questions you asked were very valid but they need to be asked to someone else a little higher in the food chain.
