CUU own 25% Schaft Creek: proven/probable min. reserves/940.8m tonnes = 0.27% copper, 0.19 g/t gold, 0.018% moly and 1.72 g/t silver containing: 5.6b lbs copper, 5.8m ounces gold, 363.5m lbs moly and 51.7m ounces silver; (Recoverable CuEq 0.46%)
I cannot think of any company that begins to approach what CUU represents
You can't compare them to the explorers putting out PR's whenever they find a shiny rock
Desperate to move their shares when they float their next dilutive financing
CUU has a proven resource, and a money angel
Their issue for them is not if, it is when and how much
That being said, the time and resource cutoff was established long ago and this valuation exercise has turned into a circus that is stretching credulity
It is simply not credible that this exercise, given how much they knew months ago, is taking this much time to finish
IMO, Teck is gaming us and Elmer feels forced for some reason to play along
Screw them, let the chips fall where they may
Unless there are some issues that we haven't identified, the wrangling can only be on the margins and it is time get off the pot
