Thanks Met. I agree that those items you listed are indeed points of contact between CUU and TCK.

I think that those same points of contact are negotiation points vrs real leverage/advantage on TCK's side. I was getting the impression that folks figured that CUU was simply dancing to Tck music vrs its own tune with those 4 items in mind. I think CUU has the vantage point in those discussions via the Agreement, Liard shares, and the JV for the 4 yr mine build and even the 120 day window as it compresses everything into a firm timeline.
