Totally agree that all of those points represent value to CUU

The reason for why we would be willing to give Teck the slack to arrange things rests in my belief that Elmer really wants to bail us out here

Some of those clauses would require a large continuing expenditure of effort that simply is not of interest to an explorer like Elmer
