After I posted this some people messaged me and told me this is flat out wrong! I would be fine with the 22nd but no later. Still, one person has a very valid arguement and the prime source isn't making an arguement. Collectively, there's too much buzz for this to be that far off track. I still have to question Elmer going to Az if the big one is coming tomorrow!?
