You don't get it... They can't Let everyone know that they will be a year late, since they need investors to keep their money in the company and keep them from leaving Cuu and crashing the stock even further and then letting you come back as a unloyal investor... Also if they did that imagine how diluted the shares would be even further from pp if the stock would trade at nothing for a year... Stocks are vehicles for investing not gambling.
