What shocks me the most here, Stifel Nicholas bought millions worth of stock. The SP jumped to 2.75 if memory calls right.

They got to be looking at this SP

It sure would not take much money to get this price to jump huge again, they could average down....this to me is puzzeling. They may have took some off the table but no wheres near what they bought, unless someone else has other info on this.

If I remember right, Elmer met Stifel Nicholas in Toronto a year or so back and had a meeting with him.....don`t hear much about that anymore?
