You might want to read this message posted by Investorish on November 11, nine days ago. It gives some of the answers to the questions you ask. It think there was a genuine effort made to respond to shareholders.

The formal News Releases are governed by quite a few rules from IIROC. Maybe repeated messages that the feasibility is in progress or review aren't covered by those rules.
