Scenario " Check Mate" CUU forms CUU2 and moves its BC properties into it.. with say 40 to 1 roll back. CUU does a say 40 to 1 roll back to hold the Arizona property. CUU2 then issues PP,s that is purchased ............? Then CUU2 goes private?
