What does that tell you? Why all of a sudden now? Tells me they are very close to a deal! That is the only thing that makes sense. IMHO, I think we will get a deal announced sometime in Dec. Just sit back, relax and have patience. I know its hard to do in an info vacuum like this but all the clues are staring at us right in the face that some kind of deal is close. My 2 cents.
