good point Idubbs. in fact, the final 6 weeks had lower than average volume with volume getting even lower as the acquisition approached.

the six weeks prior worth of trading succeeded in driving the share price to 69 cents, (the lowest it had been in 9 months, and half its high a couple months prior) only to have it shoot to 2.90 a few weeks later upon acquisition.

there will be those trying to drive the price down prior to a buyout as they did with Peregrine ...

then the games end and there seems to be a calm before the storm.

from my perspective, looking at all the indicators ... its coming.
