Optimistically speaking, they announced this a week before the Dec 12, 2013 expiry and two months before the Jan 30, 2013 expiry. Which is a tight timeframe coming up if Elmer goes on vacation. If they are in negotiations and cannot move on these warrants until discussions are complete. Then a BFS release & Buyout offer can be announced this month with voting and other legal paperwork completed early 2013.
