I actually sent an email to management asking similar questions. No reply yet though. Here's part of the email:

"Back in March, it was indicated that the mine plan was roughly 6-8 weeks behind the original schedule. It was not until September, 24 weeks later, that the mine plan was actually completed. Why are shareholders not properly updated on these important developments? The fact that the mine plan was nowhere near complete after "6-8 weeks" should have been communicated to shareholders."
