If the company "made a mistake" and misreported this warrants-extending activity, like vette reported, then company needs to issue another NR.

Agreed, GY. Until the company releases another NR stating differently, then the Jan. 2013 warrants are extended as the NR clearly states.

In the meantime, I find it very difficult to believe this was a mistake.
