I too feel this is the week.

I imagine the legal consultation has occurred, and the 'final' news release date is already chosen. Maximum affect will have been thought of, including booking of time, and ad space.

You dont go this far, this long, with this much at stake, without a little fanfare.

Teck will have had their input on this stage too.
