Okay guys. Debate the point not the pointer.

I kinda argee that any talk of the 4 yr clause should come with the asterisk that Elmer said publicly you could shoot a cannon ball thru that agreement; add to that the fact that our FS suggests a 5 yr build and the clause is looking rather tattered. Of anything we really know about the 4 yr clause is that it has these two problems.
