The 4 year caluse is NOT a myth, thus your post is just a personal attack. Elmer discussed the 4 year clause with some shareholders at the last AGM, and Lawrence Roulston with his subscribers at the VRIC. The main issue with the 4 year caluse is not whether or not it exists, it does, but rather can it be easily enforced in a current legal climate in Canada and USA.
