External review done, internal review done, Teck review done, NR done.

Feasibility is about de-risking. If anything is wrong CUU or Teck points the finger to who...yes TT. If TT is taking a couple days to do a final verification for their own futur protection before signing off, fine.

This has already been looked at left right and center....they won't find anything.
