Good question. From my experience, I know what it takes to equip a mine for extraction of material/ore and acquire machinery for ore processing. Given 18-24 month lead times it wouldn't be hard to factor in these costs. Maybe its in the mining plan itself. Quantity/tons of ore production/day, say 100,000tpd versus 120,000tpd, days per year mining can be done (if above ground), personnel req. and training, payroll and benefits, and plugging all the cost figures in for each scenario. That could vary so many ways depending on commodity prices. It would be fairly easy to figure if it were just copper, but there is the credits from gold, silver, molybenium, rhenium, and these ores will always be different in different areas of mining in the DISTRICT. There has been stated the BFS will consist of some 6000 pages. Thats 6000 pages of highly technical information, graphs and charts. There is no room for assumptions. This BFS has got to have it NAILED ! Its no wonder its taking so long with the amount of people that are involved. Have you ever sat down & discussed anything highly technical with an Engineer? And how about discussing legal issues with an Attorney? If their name goes on anything you better believe they wont leave a stone unturned. All takes time, and just imagine how many times there has been a "DO OVER". Maybe there is a Santa !!! GLTA, koala
