Too many times in the past I've been dissipointed with good takeover prices because I was hoping for something unrealistic. this time I won't be unhappy and may be ecstatic if we get anywhere near some of the higher valuations.

Chunkytoast, of those companies that you know of that were taken over how many of them were quality asssets? How many produced Cu at a neg. net costs and contained the amount of resources in the ground that SC has? How many had minimal environmental impact? How many had advanced exploration done to show multiple deposits were present? How many had over 50% insider ownership? I could go on and on but I think you would agree that SC is a real exceptional deposit that should command an exceptional price. As a PE and a seasoned investor in mining stocks I would be very disappointed if we didn't get anything over $5/sh for a buyout and I think many informed investors here would agree with this assessment.
