CUU is deemed to have earned TCKs 78% share of Liard copper the moment they make the offer or trigger the back in.

Actually it is when the BFS is delivered, Teck doesn't have to do anything, but transfer the shares

...and like vette says, and I have too on occasion, Teck will not do that

They are taking us out
