Message: The good, the bad, and the ugly

The Good:

- The BFS is complete! Props to Elmer for pushing to get this done this year

- Good capex

- Good mine life and good level of Resources converted to Reserves

- Lots of expansion options

- Good improvement opportunities (waste rock)

The Bad

- The economics are quite weak

- Sustaining capital has jumped quite a bit

The Ugly

- Our environmental application got kicked from 2012 to maybe Q3 2013. This is a critical path item that delays our start up by that much as well.

- Full production is not until 2020. This is hardly the turn key mine we were promised. The BFS reads more like a guideline than a solid path forward. Lots of uncertainties.
