Bostin, you have raised a very valuable point. Elmer said at least 2 or 3 times on the phone that if Teck backs in, they will not want us around in their way.

In my opinion, if they did back in and not take us out, our share price would go up for sure. In turn, we would be able to sell our 25% to another major. This would mean that Teck would have to share the sandbox.

I think if Teck backs in, I believe they will pay us a premium to get rid of us and for us to hand over all the goodies that we have for which they do not have back-in entitlements.
