Thats another way to look at it... and a good one.

I was actually thinking of Teck spending 4.5 years (OPPS!) and $400M to build the mine and then loose it all to BHP or Mitsubishi or Barrick.... whoever we the CUU shareholders sell sold our 25% controlling interest too.
