Another way I look at this BFS. In the 'old' days of the Big Three Ford/GM/Chrysler; they used to promote their cars with the lowest prices possible to get the people to walk-in their traps (dealerships). So one day, Copper Fox annonces a positive BFS - 'A Cadillac!' for 10 grand instead of 40! Come and see us today! Of course, this is the basic model. This is our BFS. Now Teck comes in and they are interested because they fully know that it's actually worth 60 grand and is packed with all the bell and wissels. They sit with us, and then we explain the fine prints. BTW, if you pay us only 10 grand for the base model, you do not get to drive the car nor decide where you want to go. And on top of these 2 little inconveniences, other companies would like to pay 15 grand and get to drive it and decide where they want to go. Teck was first in so they get first grab at the car but they fully know that a couple other miners are in the waiting room and will want to discuss this offer asap and probably are willing to offer whatever CUU asks because even at this price it's an incredible deal. Other investors might read this and see the basic car and the low price and think that it's worth what it's worth because they haven't read the AG forum for example.
