It matters

Unless and until they buy us out, CUU will own that interest

...and whoever owns CUU will own it

They may plan on buying us out and recovering the Liard interests

But they must consider that other majors are aware of the value represented by the Copper Fox interests in Schaft Creek and may beat themn to a buyout of us

It could happen and the only way to be sure it doesn't is to buy us first
