If we got our hands on the Liard shares and then couldn't come to an agreement on the price of our interest, including the Liard shares, they could be lost to Teck forever.

That is not going to happen. I expect a solid offer before we get those shares. possibly the first or second week in Jan.

If we hold off presenting the BFS it will indicate to me we are still negotiating.
