I hope that's some sort of rule thing....Because I don't see why they can't upload a "Part 1/2/3". Hell, upload the whole thing in 10 parts to get the clock running now and submit a condensed version for others to look at later. It would take the same amount of time and have the same effect but we'd start the clock faster and have more information (though the majority wouldn't read it). I don't like the whole "it's the holidays" reason for them not uploading it now.
