It has been speculated that Teck has CIC possibly footing the bill for this project. So a cash offer is very possible and for the whole property less the Az land. I won't say no to CUU2 shares but won't dive in like I did on this roller coaster. Looking forward to a ending well above our high of 2.75 I like how 5.35 sounds and soon! GLTA. LS
