Anyone care to share thoughts on this...it is always comforting to have explanation as to why an insider would sell. Also wondering about those options that were going to expire... TIA

I agree but to be honest 8500 shares are peanuts in the grand scheme of things...
Maybe there is a wife needing a bit of pampering during the long wait for the illusive liquidity event - just like ours...
