Agreed, however I don't think it matters if its 8500 or 850,000 shares that were sold by an insider. The problem IMO is the image it shows and questions it creates. Why would a wealthy insider sell 8500 shares to start with? Certainly didn't need the cash, especially a small amount like that.

A small sell like this is hard to understand what the motives were, and hopefully it was only a one time thing.
