If Teck were controlling the price it wouldn't do them any good anyway because the majority of the o/s are controlled by one insider. EE can reject Teck's offer if it is too low regardless of public perception.
I think a more likely reason for our low sp now is because we have been flying under the radar ( almost zero effective promotion from management ) and also our deposit BFS and back in agreement intricacies are not very well understood by many. I also think that our high percentage insider ownership is also a factor that discourages many funds from investing.
Imo, once we get closer to a solid offer from Teck or whomever, I think that is when we will see solid buying and support for the sp. Word will inevitably leak out then about a imminent deal but until then we just drift with the wind here around .80 - .90 cent range.
