I figure it is just one of the market players getting out of their position as they have made their money here and the play is done.

They will exit and move on.

Reason for the share price being down is simple. Nobody is interested in buying. The bids are constantly being hit throughout the day and the asks are not.

For the stock to go up someone needs to want to buy it.
