Im no expert but I think it might have to do with Teck needing time to get all the figures in order so that it can be applyed to the 2013 budget which is coming late this year. I doubt they with holding material info but there must be some back room disscusions that have been going on. Bilion dollars deals dont just happen in the blink of an 120 day eye.
