That is correct about the snow and the saddle but snow levels in March won't stop them from drilling if they want as they have heavy equipment on site. The good thing about the saddle is I don't think there is a risk of snow slides like on steeper parts of the property.
They would get more bang for their buck if they waited until May to drill however. Overall I don't know that it is worth it to rush a drill program just to try and pop the share price sooner.
