I have said before that the BFS was only to complete CUU's end of the agreement with Teck. To produce a bulletproof positive BFS... thats it! Elmer accomplished that and Teck signed off. Only the bare minimum was required.

Next move is to get the clock started on Teck to make a decision with CUU in the driver's seat.

BACK IN = Teck spends money making CUU much more valuable, very quickly.

BUY OUT = Only for a fair price, and drive a hard bargain. Since billionaires do not leave money on the table. (here the future potential of SC + surrounding land becomes the premium needed to achieve a +$4 price)

BACK OUT = Ditch CUU and the entire project is owned by CUU 100%. Elmer drills a handful of holes and puts the project for sale with a HUGE premium by the end of the year.

Teck has an endless supply of geo.analysts already combing through the BFS to find more value. Especially since the S.American projects are halted indefinitely. I know of some engineers that are already being shifted out of Chile.
