If there was something terribly wrong I'm sure EE would not be financing this again with 1.5M of his own money at 85 cents. Instead, he would allow this pp to go the market to finance. This, and the fact that non of the insiders have sold any significant shares since the BFS was made public tells me alot and should put your mind at ease.
