question for the board?

Im trying to wrap my head around the buy out.....just thinking out loud now.

IF we get bought out by Teck....they give us lets just say cash value AND shares swap.

Lets work with 100,000 shares just for say.

we get a cash value of ( X ) and a share swap of lets just say 10 to 1....so a person would end up with 10,000 shares of Teck

That part I get.

But what would (CUU) give for CUU2....if it is a 1 to 1 ratio?

would they take the original 100,000 shares you had and make them CUU2 shares?

If im right, a person should end up with cash and 10,000 shares of Teck stock AND 100,000 shares of CUU2? am I right?
