How would they "buy" the Arizona lands if it's an all share deal since Teck would technically own it? Or in the example I gave earlier, we'd have 40M shares and no cash...if we have to raise cash, does that mean those 40 would before we even did anything be dilluted? Still interesting if EE still owns 50%+ of CUU2.

Might be too technical and something I should ask management though.
