Agree with your reasons, but am not as certain as you that we are that close to getting an offer. Just don't know where it stands. Should add that the fact that the details of the Mira werent released and still havent been released was the first strong indication that we were in at least preliminary negotiations. I assume Teck has that info, since it represents a significant part of what ES considers to be the value of the property. Otherwise all these delays, especially since Sept. simply dont make any sense.
