Juniors are beaten down.

But 0.85 today is priced because of uncertaint of what Teck does or just that there is no big money interested in juniors at all currently.

How many shares did it take for us to drop from the forever $1.20 mark where we were closing around that price everyday for months to today's 85 cents? 10 million shares?

That's not even 10 of the outstanding shares. This doesn't even factor the shares flipping between the different players.

Second, we haven't seen any significant insider selling at this price. We've seen some selling by Dmac but he always comes back buying more. We see our biggest shareholder who isn't worried about if he can cash out or not but instead VERY willingly to keep financing CUU.

IMO, it is clear to management and insiders that SC/CUU is worth more than what it is today. Whether it's $2.70 or $5? nobody knows until we know what Teck will do.

Look...that discount everyone puts on CUU, CUU currently owns almost 100% of the SC. Until Teck backs in for more, it is still the majority of it.

IF Teck backs in for 75%, great, go put this project into production! I'm sure the majority of us don't mind seeing someone assisting us with developing our asset. So if that's the case, PLEASE Teck, please give us a price not based on what the SP is today, but a price that makes me rather sell you my 25% than getting a quarter of the chqs in SC.
