A status update would solve the questions we have. The last info from ES and MS were mid-Jan. give or take a few days; still need a few signatures... I used to give CUU the benefit of the doubt but after so many disappointments and delays and seeing our sp going down and in the .80 cents range, I'm truly discouraged. Some communication from CUU would do so much for its retail investors.
