It is important to note that all of these remaining BFS questions – including the PFS and earlier study phases are vastly differing in the end results – TCK must determine the answers to ensure that value is maximised. Unless all study phases are completed, some of these questions will be left unanswered and value may be concealed and risk may be heightened.
