Thankfully it's not quite as bad as it sounds. Those numbers are the "total compensation" numbers which includes stock options. All of their salaries are actually in the 120K to 200K range. Keep in mind that Elmer also pulls in $160K from BXX each year.
It's unfortunate that their salaries are so high but that seems to be the way publicly traded companies work. The part that still bothers me is that they had the nerve to extend some of the incentive options. None of them are exactly living in poverty.
