Remember that Teck agreed to the 120 days clause when they signed the agreement so I don't think they are being put on the spot.. I personally think 120 days is way too long and the agreement should of said 30 days max. Teck or any other company looking at this project is fully aware of what is in the ground, and what it will take to get it out.
